WM Community Yoga Celebrates Anniversary!

Could-a-Clinical-Trial-Be-Your-Best-Cancer-Treatment-Option-1

From Michelle Postek, IWMF Manager of Information & Support:

One year ago, the IWMF launched a Get Moving in May program which introduced weekly chair yoga classes to our community. What we planned as a month pilot program has now celebrated one year! We have 192 participants on our mailing list and interest continues to grow. We are grateful to Ann MacMullan, our WM Yoga instructor, for providing classes to our community members in honor of her father, Mac (pictured above, caught taking a rare moment of rest). To join the WM Chair Yoga mailing list, contact me at mpostek@iwmf.com . Classes are on Mondays at 2PM U.S. ET & are recorded for those who cannot attend live.

Need to relax? Ann will be hosting a free yoga nidra class this Sunday, May 8th, at 4:00PM U.S. ET to our community members. All you need to do for yoga nidra is sit or lie down… no movement required! The 30 minute guided relaxation and visualization practice can help you to reduce stress levels, sleep better, and elevate well-being. Contact Ann directly for the link at ann@anngraceyoga.com .
