What if small, intentional daily habits could help protect your brain, sharpen your thinking, and support long-term cognitive wellness? Learn simple, science-supported strategies to support brain health at any age.

This interactive session introduces the 6 Pillars of Brain Health, a comprehensive framework designed to strengthen cognitive resilience and support overall brain function. Participants will explore how physical activity, nutrition, sleep, stress management, mental stimulation, and social connection work together to optimize brain health.

Gain insight into how everyday lifestyle choices influence memory, focus, mood, and long-term brain vitality.

The webinar will also highlight how these evidence-based strategies can help improve mental clarity, attention, and cognitive stamina for individuals experiencing brain fog, including many cancer survivors who notice changes in memory and concentration during or after treatment.

Participants will leave with practical, achievable tools they can immediately apply to support clearer thinking, reduce mental fatigue, and build sustainable habits that promote lifelong brain health.
