Two new team members join IWMF
IWMF is pleased to welcome two new staff members whose leadership, experience, and commitment to mission-driven work will help strengthen the organization’s donor engagement, volunteer leadership, executive operations, and governance efforts.
Whitney Musitano
Whitney joins IWMF as Vice President of Donor and Volunteer Engagement, bringing more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience across fundraising, volunteer engagement, board development, and organizational growth. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Community Engagement & Stewardship at Blood Cancer United, formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where she led volunteer engagement strategy for a nationwide network of more than 300,000 volunteers. Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic vision, Whitney is passionate about connecting donors, volunteers, and community leaders to meaningful opportunities for impact. Whitney lives in Austin, TX with her husband, Mike, and two daughters, Olivia and Eva.
Faith Bone
Faith joins IWMF as Senior Manager, Executive Operations and Governance, with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning executive operations, governance, human resources, organizational development, and strategic planning across the nonprofit, higher education, government, and private sectors. Before joining IWMF, Faith served as Director of Strategic Development at Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels, where she supported organizational operations, strategic planning, fundraising initiatives, donor and corporate partnerships, process improvement, and CRM optimization. She brings deep expertise in board governance, policy development, operational management, technology implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. Faith lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Together, Whitney and Faith bring complementary strengths that will support IWMF’s continued growth and its commitment to serving and connecting the Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia community. Their combined experience in relationship-building, organizational strategy, volunteer leadership, and governance will further advance IWMF’s ability to engage supporters, strengthen internal operations, and expand meaningful impact for patients, care partners, clinicians, researchers, and volunteers.
