2024 Giving Challenge: A 24-Hour SUCCESS
IWMF is sending a BIG THANK YOU to all who participated in the 2024 Giving Challenge! We are very grateful to our 667 generous donors, and a special thank you to our 17 triple match donors from the WM community who gave $104,092! We raised a total of $284,771, and ranked 6th out of 724 organizations on the leaderboard which was a smashing success! The event was hosted by the Community Foundation of Sarasota County, with another $57,501 matched by the Patterson Foundation.
From Peter DeNardis, IWMF Board Chair: “The global WM community of patients, caregivers, family and friends met the challenge in a HUGE way, and helped raise almost $300,000 USD to help IWMF continue to provide top quality education and support services to everyone around the world, and to fund significant research necessary to Accelerate the Cure. Together, we can improve the lives of everyone around the world affected by WM, and achieve IWMF’s vision of a world without WM!”
