Take control of your bone health by actively practicing trialed yoga poses with consistency, proper alignment, and eagerness. No one is too old for yoga – and the earlier you start, the better it is for your bones.
Come ready to both learn and do – wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and bring water to stay hydrated. Beginners welcome. Participants will be guided through versions of poses according to their abilities and what is safe. Bring a chair, a yoga mat if you have one, and a yoga strap, or something you can use like a strap. It’s okay if you don’t own yoga props. |
