WM World Awareness Day Wellness Event

Spend 30 minutes on WM World Awareness Day addressing fatigue and stress with IWMF’s WM wellness instructors!

  1. Get moving with Mark Wild, a cancer rehab expert from the U.K. and one of IWMF’s fitness instructors.
  2. Wind down with a breathing exercise with Ann Grace, a yoga therapist and IWMF’s Director of Integrative Wellness.
  3. Connect with the global WM community on WM World Awareness Day!
