This 60-minute mat yoga class accommodates all levels, and is perfect for beginners, yogis with injuries or health concerns, and for more advanced students who want to create space for restoration in body and mind.
This class will be practiced at a slower pace with a focus on the foundations of yoga: including the principles of alignment in poses (asana), breath-work (pranayama), and meditation to support a healthy lifestyle. You will be encouraged to work within your own abilities and limitations. Props are highly encouraged – yoga blocks, yoga strap and blanket.
