Seasonal Qigong
with Donna DeLuca, Instructor, Program of Dance and Movement/Pluta Integrative Oncology Wellness Center The goal of this 45-minute class is to provide users with a holistic self-care practice that can help balance the mind and body. Participants will be empowered to try simple tools drawn from qigong and trauma-informed mindfulness to help navigate all of the stressors they may face as part of their cancer journey. Donna will tailor this practice to the season in which we are meeting (spring, summer, fall, winter).
