Music Therapy for Pain and More
Music Therapy for Pain and More with Anna Cephas, M.A., MT-BC
April 9 at 1pm EDT

Anna will lead us in a part-information, part-experiential session exploring the uses of music to manage pain, build resilience, deepen our connection to ourselves, and more. You do not need to be a trained musician to use music in your daily life to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance relaxation, and process complex emotions. Together we will explore ways we can incorporate music into our self-care and learn from one another’s lived experiences and insights.
