A cancer diagnosis and journey can bring up many complicated feelings and emotions. One tool to help navigate, untangle, and reprocess our experiences is expressive writing.
Whether you write in the form of journaling, personal essay/memoir, or poetry, having a creative outlet can be a helpful and healing experience! All levels welcome. Register at stephanie@hopeconnectionsforcancer.org
