Please let us know if you plan to attend this Zoom meeting by Wednesday, November 5. Only those that respond to this email will be sent a Zoom link for the Thursday, November 13, Chicago Area Support Group Zoom gathering at 7:00 p.m.

This email will be my only WM Zoom meeting announcement to our entire group! We will send out an email Zoom invite the weekend of November 8 with the Zoom link, meeting ID and password to only those who respond to this email by Wednesday, November 5. I will need the name of the primary attendee(s) and the city and state where you will be during the meeting. You can use a computer, smart device or just a telephone only but it will be harder to take questions on a plain old telephone. Depending on the number attending, there is a “chat” screen which will be helpful when asking questions.

• 8:00 to 9:00 p.m.  Open discussion regarding patient experiences including a wrap-up
