Pull up a chair for self-care! Move mindfully during this 45-minute gentle yoga class, while in both seated and standing postures (using the chair for support. Barbara Lovejoy will also introduce the group to Laughter Yoga!  Within the friendly support of the WM community, we’ll practice better posture, balance, and breathing.
