What to Expect: This dynamic workout combines cardiovascular exercises with strength training, and includes warm up and warm down. Great for all levels of fitness as Sharon will share modifications to keep you safe.
What to Bring: Come dressed in comfortable workout attire and sneakers and bring water to stay hydrated. No equipment is needed, but feel to have small hand weights or household items like water bottles handy.
