Marilyn Abrahamson, MA, CCC-SL
Marilyn is a brain health coach, educator, and licensed speech-language pathologist with a specialty in cognitive-communication disorders.
She brings a unique perspective to brain health coaching by teaching people how to use their brains differently through practical, research-based compensatory strategies that support attention, memory, and executive function.
Marilyn is the creator of Long Live Your Brain, a brain wellness and training program designed to support healthy aging and cognitive vitality.
Marilyn also facilitates BrainTrain sessions, engaging cognitive training sessions offered on Zoom for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis.
Marilyn is also the author of Life Happens… Chemo Fog and Life Happens… Concussion and Other Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries, both available on Kindle. She is currently partnering with Ceresti Health to support dementia caregivers, by regularly contributing to caregiver-focused publications, leading training workshops, creating brain health education, and offering brain health coaching and training for Ceresti caregivers.
