Cardio Flow – Movement is medicine!

Get your blood flowing with simple repetitive movements that strengthen the core and legs, work the upper body, and pump the lymph fluid for immune system support. Challenge your coordination and balance while addressing symptoms such as fatigue and peripheral neuropathy. Improve blood flow, balance, and mobility! We will be both seated and standing for this 45-minute class, using the chair for balance as needed.

What to bring:

  • Bring a chair for seated exercises and support during balance exercises. A yoga mat is optional but could help provide traction.
  • Small hand weights and/or a Theraband are optional for increasing the challenge of some movements.
  • Water or something to stay hydrated.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing you can move in and shoes that help you both stay dexterous during aerobic exercise and feel stable during balance exercises.

What our WM friends are saying:

“I feel really relaxed and rejuvenated after that!” – Susan C.

“I was surprised I could do the flamingo (standing on one leg.) You got me to do things I wouldn’t normally do.” WM friend who struggles with peripheral neuropathy.
