DESCRIPTION:Thurs Sept 5th – Active Cancer Support Group w Throwing Bones – \nFrom Throwing Bones: \nWe have an incredibly special guest for the Cancer Active Support Group next Thursday on September 5th! Ann MacMullan will be joining us for a short chair yoga session for self-care to address body\, mind\, and spirit. \nAnn Grace MacMullan\, E-RYT 500\, C-IAYT\, is a certified yoga therapist who specializes in tailoring the practice of yoga to a wide range of practitioners\, and especially enjoys providing tools to help navigate chronic illness and support aging gracefully. \nSince 2021\, Ann has collaborated with the @wmiwmf to create the WM Wellness Community\, featuring a range of group classes on Zoom to address common side effects of Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia (WM) and WM treatments.
