According to sound healing traditions that have been passed down through both lineage and training, these bowls introduce a healing harmonic sound wave that helps dislodge stagnation on the cellular level, bringing the mind and body into perfect tune.
- Set up your space so you will be able to hear Ann’s voice. Use headphones or a speaker if that will provide you with a higher quality of audio.
- You can do this practice lying down on a bed or on a couch.
- A blanket or light cover is optional, with supports under the head and knees if needed.
- If lying down is uncomfortable, you can do this seated.
